Kangaroos are everywhere in Australia, but you'd be surprised at how they can elude you, especially if you're a tourist! We share our experience of meeting the Pebbly Beach Kangaroos in NSW during our road trip. Being a wildlife lover and visiting Australia meant that seeing a kangaroo was high up on my list during our visit.

2. Hunter Valley. Hunter Valley is a great place for kangaroo spotting at dusk (or sometimes during the day too). Driving up to the vineyards, you always spot kangaroos in the valley or just hopping by in the distance. Watch out for the 'Kangaroo Ahead' signs and you will most definitely find them there.

Murramarang National Park. Murramarang National Park is a perfect place to see kangaroos on the beach. It's close to Bawley Point and Kioloa so you could go to Murramarang National Park and Bawley Point on the same day. Pebbly Beach, Depot Beach and Pretty Beach are my favorite places to see kangaroos on the beach.
